QueReview terms of service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Who provides the service
These terms are a contract between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus with registration number [HE NUMBER] and registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Cyprus ("QueReview", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
QueReview gives your business a printed QR code whose destination we control. When a customer scans it, they can tap what they liked, receive a review drafted by AI in their own words, edit it, and post it on Google themselves.
Nothing is ever posted automatically, no customer is filtered out by how happy they are, and a direct link to your Google review page is visible on every screen. The customer decides what gets published, every time.
Your account
Sign-in works by email link, so your email address is your key: keep it current and keep the inbox yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for having the authority to manage each business you link.
Trial, plans and billing
Every account starts with 30 days free, with every feature and no card. After the trial, Starter includes 50 QR codes, 500 AI-drafted reviews a month and 5,000 scans a month; Unlimited has no caps.
Prices are shown with VAT included and billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Yearly plans are billed once a year. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. When a subscription lapses, every printed QR code keeps working as a direct link to your Google review page, so nothing you printed becomes waste.
Fair use
Using QueReview means agreeing not to:
- buy, fake or exchange anything of value for reviews, or use the service for businesses you do not manage;
- filter customers by sentiment before showing them the review path, or breach Google’s review policies in any other way;
- point a redirect code at unlawful, deceptive or harmful destinations (we screen destinations and can refuse them);
- circumvent plan limits, probe the service for weaknesses, or disrupt it for others.
Content and responsibility
Reviews belong to the customers who post them, on Google, under Google’s terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you link and the destinations you configure. We are not responsible for what Google does with a review once posted, including moderation or removal.
Availability and changes to the service
We run the service with reasonable skill and care but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; a change that removes something material from a paid plan mid-period entitles you to a pro-rata refund of that period if you cancel because of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims in any year is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, with notice and a reason except where the breach makes that impossible.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms; the date above says when. A material change is announced by email before it applies, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus and disputes go to the courts of Cyprus. If you use the service as a consumer in the EU, you keep any protection your own country’s mandatory rules give you.
